Our award-winning cleaning services have made us the company preferred by homeowners, property managers, office managers, and restaurant operators in the greater Orlando area since 1996.
For every new customer you refer to us (friends, neighbors, family members, co-workers, clients, etc.) we will send you a "Referral Reward voucher" for $50 when your referred customer pays their invoice. Use the voucher toward any of our cleaning services. Our referral reward vouchers do not bear the name of any particular person.
When we arrive at your job, be sure to ask your technician to provide a quote on additional cleaning services Area Rugs, Tile & Grout, Hardwood Floors, and/or Upholstery.

It is not often that you can say anything positive about most service companies today but Dan and his crew are the exception. They are very polite and they seem determined to do the job right. The carpet I had cleaned is in a commercial building. We had 2 issues that other carpet cleaning companies hadn't been able to remove (or even lighten). The first was water stains from a prior roof leak. The other was masking tape that had been placed on the carpet to mark out the dimensions of a trade show booth. Others told me the tape was burned into the carpet. Dan, Dan the Carpet Man successfully removed the water stains and the tape. I'm so impressed! I genuinely loved having this company clean for us! Alex, Robby and another man (wish I could remember names) all worked on all my tile floors, 1 large dining room bench and my shower for 6 hours! It’s a larger home so that is why the time and it was all floors + walk-in shower + 1 upholstery piece.
They brought it all back to life and even covered the opening to my home where their equipment was coming inside (to mitigate a/c loss and no bugs can come in ). They worked constantly and thoroughly.
I will not drag my feet on scheduling this again. I waited so many years to have my tile professionally

Great job on my tile and grout Alex! I am so happy with the results. I wanted to replace the flooring in my home because I was very unhappy with the discoloring of the grout and the worn look of the tile. I tried bleach and everything else, but nothing seemed to work. I hired Dan Dan the Carpet Man to revive the look of the flooring and it looks great now. The grout is much lighter and the floor is spotless. Alex was very professional, covered his shoes in the house at all times, did not rush the job, and was very respectful. Would definitely hire again.

My technician, Eric, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed explanation of the various types of carpet that I had and how he would perform the cleaning service. I requested additional cleaning and he have me a fair price. I will use them in the future for carpet cleaning and the other services that they provide.

They did a great job deep cleaning our kitchen tile. They were able to get out 40 years of grout stains and grime in just a few hours and we are so impressed with how clean the floors look and feel. Responsive, timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! We will definitely be recommending them and hiring again for other services.

Our technician, Eric, was super friendly and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. He also gave us a lot of tips on maintaining our carpet which was greatly appreciated. This is the second time I have used this company. From the very first time I called the office staff has been nothing but friendly and professional. They handle their customers as if they have known them forever and are engaging. I had Eric the first time and was sure to request him for the second time. This is a professional company. From my first inquiry phone call to the finished product, I experienced true professionals. My technician was Gerry, a personable, helpful, skilled efficient tech. We had one bedroom with severely stained carpet. To my amazement, after Gerry’s work, the carpet looks brand new with complete removal of the stains. We chose the in-place cleaning for our area rug. Honestly have to echo the other posted reviews. Dan's tech Jimmy came out and cleaned the carpets in our house (5 years old and never cleaned before) and our Thomasville furniture (chairs and sofa) and the final word is SPECTACULAR! It took him about 4.5 hours and my wife and I could not believe how nice everything turned out. Pricing was… phenomenal and very fair (We were quoted the lowest price so obviously I felt that was fair!) and Jimmy explained everything to us so we now know how to really take care of our carpets going forward. I will never use another carpet cleaning company and

The company came to my house and did a fantastic job. Gary our technician was a very nice young man and he was busting his A$$ working hard. Nice, guy, great job and they even re-cleaned a competitors area and did a much better job. My carpets look and feel great. I will hire this company again if this is the consistency of their work. They only sent one tech out, which made it difficult to move furniture.....so I would have given 5 stars had they moved, cleaned, and replaced the furniture. Otherwise job well done.
