In 2008 our company founder decided to start a window tinting business but could not find work. He decided to focus on cleaning windows instead but quickly realized that a full service exterior cleaning company would be the most sustainable business model during the recession. It would also be a great source of convenience for customers.
We typically work Monday through Friday however we will work on Saturday for certain projects and special requests. Our basic roof cleaning service includes cleaning of the entire roof surface to remove dirt and debris. We first apply remove leaves and debris, then we apply our chemical solution to kill algae, lichen and bacteria growth.
Asphalt or fiberglass roofing material is by far the most common type in Orlando and all of Central Florida. They are often the easiest to clean. Our process does not involve pressure washing but rather a chemical treatment. This kills the bacteria and other offending growth rather than simply rinsing it away.

Carlos and his team are one in a million. I researched so many companies before I found Sunfire, and nobody would or could take the time to manually clean my gutters like Carlos can. He and his partner spent hours removing packed-in sand from my gutters and pool drain. They meticulously pressure washed my patio and scrubbed stains again and again until they were miraculously lifted--years of rust and grime. This has nothing to with their workmanship. This is a complaint about a driver and ability to drive. I was on Anderson street and was cutoff by one of their drivers. Just because you turn on your turn signal doesn’t give you the right to cut in front of another driver. I don’t know what business you do but I will never use your company or recommend it to anyone.

The crew showed up on time and went straight to work.
They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. My roof turned out much better than I expected. They ensured all plants were covered and they hoses down any area that could not be covered.
I would use these guys again and plan on recommending to all the neighbors.

If you're a picky person and expect attention to detail from the work you hire people to do then Sunfire Specialty Cleaning is the right company to hire. It's obvious they care about the work they do, double, and even triple checking the work after they've completed it to ensure your happy... without you having to ask. They have done chandalier cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure cleaning for us, and always do a great job. I highly recommend them

Josh did an amazing job cleaning the windows on my home. He spent time going over the different types of window cleanings they offer. He spent time on each window until they were all perfect. He was very polite. I am planing on calling the office to have more cleaning done to my home. I will recommend Sunfire and especially Josh in the future!
