I was “helped” by Rafat which I will not recommend to anyone. This person was sarcastic and provided the worst customer service. The vehicle that I went to see was $3,000 lower online that what he wanted to sell it for and he also questioned if I was on my right mind. I will never do business with this dealership/company.

I have given IPAC several chances to earn by business and they have failed every time. They have twice allowed me to test drive a vehicle or give me the price of a vehicle without first running my credit. They said they had to run my credit before they could give me a price or let me test drive a vehicle. I ended up purchasing two vehicles from a competitor who allowed me to see inside the vehicle and test drive them before they ran my credit. Most recently I sold my vehicle to IPAC using an online service and am still waiting for them to give me my check. They have my car and title and don't know

We are sitting here right now! Left with a truck 2 weeks ago, signed a contract, and now they are bringing us back to the dealership saying that we did not get approved and we need to return our vehicle! This is an absolutely crooked company. They are worried about themselves and making money. Not flexible with nothing ALL LIES

I went today. My salesman wasn't aware of the promotion. Said they didn't have cars for $3,997 and the lowest car available was $13,000. He also wasn't aware of the 70% off original MSRP. Then I mentioned the ad and he said they have some, but we would need to show him the ad first. When I pulled it out, he resumed being unaware of the promotion and I would have to talk to the owner about the false advertisement. I asked to please bring him out, but he wasn't available. I asked for salesman card and he said sure and then went into the manager's office. Next, he invited me to speak with the manager

Glad we did, she helped us get everything thing we wanted, A beautiful car, A great interest rate and a nice monthly payment the whole process took about 3 hours Definitely recommend!

This is a great place to go to if you are looking to buy a vehicle. They greeted my wife, kids, and I as soon as we arrived and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process till we found the right vehicle for us. Ask for Isaac Rodriguez, he was great salesman, has the most welcoming personality and great customer service.
