This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Mac Haik's Southway Ford and I would not go anywhere else to buy a Ford! I previously purchased through Red McCombs and had mixed experiences, but I have had nothing but great customer service from Southway Ford. My salesperson was Jose Ortiz and let me tell you, he is a consummate professional! He worked with me for months to get the new Raptor I was looking to purchase. Will never buy a used car from them again. Terrible terrible customer services. Currently, no one has reached out to tell us if our parts are in or not. So I reached out to the man that sold us the car turns out he was let go. No one even told us, someone should have called us and stated that though he is no longer with us __(Name)______ would be taking care of you. Like what is wrong with service nowadays does not anyone care anymore. So we called to speak to the manager he is out and hopefully we get our problems resolved soon because this place is a joke. Vinny Maldonado and Joe Gonzales were great salesmen. They had a no pressure, high information approach. The energy and patience was awesome. They've gone over the top in my opinion and continued to reach out for to make sure everything is going great. John Ledesma in Finance was amazing as well. He managed to keep our 9yr old occupied and entertained while going through all the paperwork wand warranty presentation.These 3 men truly went the extra mile and I have great confidence recommending them, this dealership and Ford to anyone.

Recently purchased a new car at Southway Ford. My sales rep was Jose Amaro. From the start it was a very easy experience. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a good price for a car I have long wanted to buy. I had done my research, but he answered every question in full. I wasn't there forever and everyone I talked to in the car buying process was very accommodating!

Awesome dealership and staff. My truck buying adventure started 10 months ago by reserving the new 2021 Bronco. My salesman James Chapman was all over it. James stayed in contact with me throughout the process informing me of delays from Ford and made sure all my concerns about decisions or changes on my build were addressed. First and foremost, this has been a great experience! I went in to look at used cars, however came out with a brand new 2021 Ford. Gabriel Hernandez and Tito were outstanding in their customer service, very patient with me, since I was very undecided . They both were knowledgeable in there vehicles.
