Everyone was very professional and did their best to accommodate any requests we had. They can in to fix a leaky kitchen sink and ended up helping us with 2 faucets, our tub, and a toilet handle. Cost us thousands after they used a camera and misdiagnosed the area of the leak to be under our dining room and jack hammered the entire floor and dug it all up before discovering there were NO pipes. Forced us to pay them to repair the floor or they would leave it like it was. They were fined by the State of Texas but we never saw any of that money. Didn't get a permit from the city before the work either.
Another company found the leak just along the edge of the house (Outside) where they said is the first place a plumber should look.

When I turned on my dishwasher this afternoon my tub on the other side of the wall filled with sewage and the water from my toilet leaked completely out from around the bottom of it and filled my bathroom floor, running into my hallway. The smell was atrocious and being there are four adults in our home all day long either working or schooling we needed help quickly.

Front yard spigot had been leaking on and off for years. Decided to once again fix by replacing the washers myself but instead the entire assembly was toast. Was not planning on keeping the water to house off too long so needed an emergency plumber pronto.

What a terrible experience with this plumbing company. The plumber they sent to fix my sink leak came for 5 minutes and then said he'd return in an hour to silicone coat the leak. He then returned and said he had to order parts instead and would call later that day with pricing. He never called. I then called the office a few days later asking for an update, never got one. I then called again and finally the plumber called me and said he'd text me the quote and be there in 2 days to fix it. He never called nor showed up as promised. We were trying to sell our house and had to fix our foundation which caused a slab leak and our hot water heater to go out. We had an upstairs toilet that was leaking so they guys checked it out, were thorough & then gave us our options with their suggestions. They ran all the tests, diagnostics & such and found the issue. We were wondering if replacing the toilet would help & they honestly told us they didn't think that had anything to do with it, which was so honest & helpful!

Everyone with Staggs was great. From the first conversation, everyone was quick to respond and on top of all the questions I had. Not only did they provide a competitive quote, but they did the work quickly and with quality. This project was for a bathroom remodel, so there were multiple steps between each inspection (plumbing, exhaust vents, new/multiple water lines, shower pan) and all parties at Staggs did a great job with that as well. Pathetic unprofessional service. Asked for a quote on very simple items and after visiting my house to look at each one I received the most laughable quote I have ever seen. They actually charge $275 to install a simple sink faucet that the customer provides. I asked how they calculate the $275 because I know that takes about 20 min which implies an hourly rate of $825 and they dodged the question and said "we charge by the job". Wow just wow. We had an issue that required us to shut off the main water on Sunday night. Staggs was the first company open (7am) on Monday and despite being fully scheduled, was able to get a team to our house within hours. I had three sinks serviced. I have some pretty old plumbing that needed a few updates. After a kitchen sink leak caused by a broken cut off valve, I needed peace of mind it wasn't going to happen around the rest of the house. I had three sets of cut off valves replaced with the new kind that aren't rigid and don't break. I also had two sinks that were draining slow and one faucet that was dripping.

We did a full sewer line renovation. They did an excellent job and made sure to let us know when our water would be off. It only took a week to reroute all our drain lines. They also offer financing which was helpful. Highly recommend!
