Mr. Hickman was prompt in his arrival time, pleasant and professional. He was thorough in his diagnostic as to be certain he wasn't just fixing something to charge for in the hopes that it would work. His explanation was clear and precise and I didn't have one question that he didn't address. He resolved my issue and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will be using him again and referring him to everyone that I know. Can't say enough good things about my good experience with this business.

Tony is the best plumber in the Dfw area. He’s honest and dedicated to quality work. He is the only plumber my wife and I call. Recently we had a pipe freeze and then burst, and Tony was able to locate the leak with minor cut to my ceiling and walls. He’s very responsive and always explains everything in detail to you. Try out Hickman plumbing and you will see why we only call Tony.

These guys were great! I called about a water leak and they came out the next day and discovered my issue quickly. There were very prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While they could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak, they had a great referral of who could and were able to answer all of my questions about how to fix the leak, once it's location is discovered. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. Including fixing this leak.

I had what I thought was a severely clogged sewer pipe. Called a plumber out to unclog and we found out there was a break/collapse in the line. They gave me an estimate to do more work than was necessary. Called Hickman Plumbing for a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!! Not only were they way cheaper, but we found out about the work we did not have to do. Tony is a hard working and very honest guy. He even came out and did the emergency work on Sunday for us. I would definitely recommend Hickman Plumbing!!

I had a water heater replaced. Tony was excellent in diagnosing the problem, correcting prior work, and being very informative. The crew is very courteous when working as well. I have used many different plumbers in the past, and Hickman Plumbing is among the best in the area. He will clearly state all charges and provide e-mail receipt.

Like always, stuff goes out when you least expect it, like our old gas water heater. Hickman Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. Tony came out on a Sunday, and installed our new gas water heater. What a life saver! Tony was very professional, and did an outstanding job!
