Ryan and his team at 3G Plumbing were beyond helpful in fixing all our plumbing issues. My wife and I had just purchased our first home and were nervous about getting some of the pipes fixed underneath the slab. A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until
