Do not use this company they did a horrible job on our pool about four years ago! If I could give it less than one star I would! After six months concrete was already showing through the pool when we called to have the issue looked at he sent someone else to patch the concrete and he patched it with the wrong color it never matched and came off within a few weeks. When we asked him to repair this again within the first year of it being completed he threw a hissy fit and got defensive. Do Not Purchase a Pool from Unique. Mike comes over and he was so nice I just had to purchase from him. I ask him if they did small pools like I wanted he said they did all sizes. ( I am Handicap and used a pool for movement and have since I was a child) I proceeded with him. When I ask him how long would it take he said 4 weeks from start. The contract was signed August 2020 and Now it is the end of January of 2021 and all I have is hole. If I questions he acts like a crazy man yelling and screaming... He dug the hole finally in Dec 2020. and the hole sat for one month So again I needed to stay

Not only should you stay as far away as possible from this company but run as fast as you can the opposite direction !!!! The owner Mike is nothing but a crook who hires out subs who have no idea what they are doing . The minute he has your deposit that nice guy attitude is gone and good luck ever getting ahold of him other then when he wants your final payment !!!! Did an absolutely horrible job on our pool , refused to show up on job site when issues arose and then will threaten to sue you and put a lean on your property if u don’t make the final payment immediately!!! I called unique pools about getting an estimate to install pavers over my concrete pool deck, we set up a time and date for this paver estimate. unique was to be at my home on September 13 at 3pm. we changed our plans to be home for them. they never called or showed up. typical Florida work ethic on their part. would not recommend this company for anything. there are plenty of other companies out there that want this kind of work .
