So initially my interaction was very pleasant, especially considering that I have not now nor do I believe I will ever enjoy purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. The vehicle I looked at was price well until I got there and began looking at it. This vehicle needed MAJOR repairs (I understand some for a 20 year old vehicle) but this one had brakes that were not functioning properly, the rear end was whining and needed to be rebuilt, and there was a significant amount of rust in the sunroof frame. All fixable however, when it came time to close the deal the price went from $3500 to $4600!!!!! The

I bought my SUV from here last October. They told me one price in the beginning and tgen when I signed the papers the price went up by $2000. They said the price they gave me at first was the internet price when you buy it outright. The TPMS light was on and dual temperature controls had something wrong w it. They assured me they would fix it and I have contacted them several times... It still has not been fixed. I just keep being told someone will call me back. It's been almost 6 months. Don't trust this dealership or anything they tell you!

Warning- Do not use this dealership. We dealt with Jon Cook who had us apply for a car that they had already sold. Customer Service was the WORST told us they sent information to the bank and were waiting on feedback, they never submitted to the bank but the dealership still pulled my credit despite knowing they were in middle of closing with somewhere else on the car. I am so thankful to Steve, Nick and Raul from Tillman Auto. When I visit the dealer for the first time I knew my situation was a little difficult. Not the best credit score, specific requirements like it needed to be a minivan or a car with a third row, and an affordable payment. Great place to buy a pre-owned car. Tillman is a mom-and-pop style roadside dealership operating out of an office trailer on a dirt lot. Everyone is friendly and accommodating; Nick was great in helping us through the process. They have a wide range of vehicles, prices and model years so there is something for everyone! We went to Tillman for a vehicle we saw on the website, but bought a completely different car that was perfect for our needs. It had some minor issues, but Tillman took care of our requests prior to taking delivery of the car. I would recommend shopping at Tillman.

I highly recommend Tillman Auto. I bought a used car from them last year and it is still going strong. Their after-sales care is second to none and the staff go out of their way to help you. Their prices are realistic and the used cars they sell are reliable. They have an on-site maintenance garage to fix anything that goes wrong with your car at a fraction of the price of other mechanics. My last repair was actually completely free as the part had a 3 year warranty when last fitted. The best used car dealer I have ever used, and I have used many in the past!

Tillman Automotive has been calling me and leaving me rude voicemails for over a month now for the simple fact that I won't return their call and tell them I don't want them to bug me.
I have never seen such poor customer service from a company, and to make matters worse they just want to prove a point...and that point is that they will bug me until I tell them to stop. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I went to several dealerships before going to Tillmans and then went online to read reviews on google and found that Tillmans reviews were the best.
I purchased a Chevy trailblazer and it was the smoothest transaction ever.
No typical salesman pressure...my salesman is Nick....he was even willing to take me home to drop off my moms car so I could drive my new vehicle home.

A diamond in the rough !! It is a used car dealership - not a brand new. My husband and I drove from savannah to see one of the steal deals they offered ....You pull in and may think it's nothing special but they have a great assortment to look at old and newer . My rating is not based on appearance or what cars I wasn't interested in - I went to look at a car they had and was greeted by nick . I wish I could rate Tillman Auto ZERO stars. This place is a joke. The employees just don't care and the vehicles are junk. Drove almost 400 miles based on their word. Well, their word is worthless. They completely misrepresented the car. I guess they were hoping I would just show up, pay, load the car on the trailer and leave. I'm smarter than that. The car had engine noise AND a bad transmission. The employees just didn't care at all.
