Having developed an interest in the import auto market, Tom Bush Jr. moved his family to Jacksonville in 1969 opened this Volkswagen dealership on Atlantic Boulevard in 1970. The Tom Bush Family added Mazda in the same building in 1974. In 2015, Tom's son John Bush, and his children Megan and Brian, moved the Tom Bush Collision Center to 9750 Regency Square Blvd.
We know Volkswagen, because we drive Volkswagen models. We build new ones and old ones. We drive new Jetta and old Jetta models, Passat and Cabrio models, A3, A4, and B5 models, even a Karmann Ghia. Overall good experience, with a wrinkle. Todd Clause was excellent in helping me navigate the order process and long wait for new vehicle. I really appreciated that Brittany did not hard sell the typical unnecessary service plans like most dealers do. However, my pre-approved loan was fumbled and it caused me to have to pay cash for the car, because I did not have time to figure out what the problem was. My bank stated afterward that the problem was at the dealer. Not sure what happened but obviously this needs to be corrected.

Chris made the buying experience very easy. There was no pressure, we weren’t bombarded with questions pertaining to what we could afford what we wanted our payments to be etc… he took the time to listen and was up front and direct and helpful. Brittany was also very helpful and worked with us answering our questions and helping us. Would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a vehicle from Chris Dixon and far as I’m concerned he’s the only guy there. He made things convenient, stayed in touch via phone and had all the paperwork ready when I got there and was out there door quick. I intend to only deal with him going forward he was the best I’ve ever had dealings with. So far my truck is doing fantastic I’m happy all the way around and for sure recommend them.

I would like to begin this review by saying that I love my car, Volkswagen, and my experience buying this car 2 years ago.
However, two months ago I had to come in due to a variety of lights that came up. I talked to my father and my boyfriend who are both car enthusiasts, and one is a mechanic, and they both told me that it is a faulty wheel sensor- which it was... a left front sensor at that. I came into this dealership to get service, and paid about $500 as I got my tire pressure adjusted, and got new wipers. I was shocked to learn that my warranty had ended less than a week before I came in

Right off the bat, I have to give credit where credit is due. Steve did an amazing job handling my transaction. He was responsive, empathetic, and gave me a great deal on both my new vehicle and my trade-in; not one of those fake "great deals" where you realize later that you've been had, but a legitimate great deal. If I never had to deal with the finance department, this would be a 5 star review.

Wow. Disgruntled employees everywhere you go. Not sure what is up with that. From check in with the service advisor to the shuttle service. Everything I did or said was met with an attitude.
On the phone the service for a Jetta fuel line recall was quoted to be about 3 hours. After check in I was told it would take 6 hours. How interesting of a HUGE time discrepancy. We made the appointment over a week ago. Dropped off 10am last shuttle ride was 2:45pm. Got there around 3 and was told the car was "getting washed right now" LOL fast forward 50 minutes and they finally came to tell us

Confused why the lady at the service department told me it would take 3 weeks to get an OIL CHANGE? How can you keep customers with availability like that. I can just tell the communication here is horrible. She wasn't even trying to help me with my schedule. 3 weeks seems a little long for what I would be having done. Called another VW dealer and they got me in THAT DAY! Lady clearly didn't want to HELP me.
Not to mention I ordered a car part a few months back and no one called me to let me know they got the part in when the guy told me he would call to let me know?

Arrive to pick up my car, only one of 3 advisors around (2/3 of staff at lunch at the same time?). Had to wait a bit. Paid the bill, he never went over the work they did, a little unusual when you're paying them over $1200. Go out to my car and 3 of the 4 brand new tires installed have grease and dirt all over them. Who doesn't take a little pride in there work and clean off installed tires. Needless to say

Brought a used car to Tom Bush for some warranty service and couldn't ask for a better experience. The service manager I worked with is a rock star. Not because he fixed my car but because he made it so easy. He kept me informed, was very flexible, and got all the repairs covered under warranty.

I brought my vehicle in for service, when I got my car back I notice very strong scent of fried food in it. Upon asking the service specialist he said nobody ate in my car. I drove home very upset because I had to breath in it for 55 minute going through rush hour traffic. When I reached home, I found out that my brand new roadside assistance kit in the back had been gone through, the plastic seal was broken and thrown away.
Prices at this place aren't cheap compared to the one at Orange Park or Osteen, if there is a

This was my second time purchasing a VW GTI.
I am have no shame in shopping around for a great price nor a good experience.
Both of these were won by this dealership! Elizabeth did a phenomenal job of walking me through the process. They out bid the competitor VW dealership by a large amount of money, and all while treating me with the highest regard of customer satisfaction.

I've had excellent service the past three times. Luckily two of the times was a routine oil change and the other time was to fix my beloved panoramic roof. I didn't feel like the service advisor was trying to scare me into getting more services, they seemed genuinely concerned about making sure my ride was safe and they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when they fixed the pano roof which was still under warranty. Car was washed when they returned it to me, charges reasonable, and paperwork was clear and informative.
I'm still hesitant to give a full 5 stars. (Knock on wood)
