The worst - I tried to give it 0 stars, but couldn't. The pictures below is the way Jesse from Palmetto plumbing installed a refrigerator box - he left it this way and charged $480 to do it. We notified the office and sent this picture as well, but received no response - the owner must not care about his business.

1. Friendly customer service when I called to schedule.
2. Got me on the calendar within a week (wasn't an emergency).
3. Texted me confirmation.
4. Showed up on time, in uniform, super friendly and professional.
5. Did a perfect job - and it wasn't too costly.
6. Sent me a text to ensure I was satisfied.

I love this place. I have done a fair amount of plumbing myself over the years; even a whole house I built when younger. But I am not a professional plumber and these folks are. Plus, they are very fairly priced for the work done. I have had them replace my water heater and that has been great. They counseled on rational options in a very informative way. Today they replaced my garbage disposal; with just a day's delay from when I called and they confirmed with me that it was ok relative to other schedule priorities -- it was. Again, both times they have been professional, responsive, and fairly

My water heater went out on me and was so old, I just couldn't commit to repairing it yet again. Was referred to Palmetto Plumbing by my brother-in-law. I was very pleased at the quick response and the cost for putting in a new water heater. The techs that came were very polite and knowledgeable.
