The best customer service. I shop online from all over homestead to Orlando and I found the best price and finance deal possible. rabbi motors delivered the best experience and work to get best interest rate. going back to my home town homestead. they even change the spark plugs and my Toyota runs like new. will recommend friends and family. I bought my car from this dealership and everyone was super amazing! They showed me how they do a 360 point inspection and I will forever be a customer. I even started working there as a result of how great the management, staff and the owner are. We purchased our son’s first car from Rahib last week. I called to make sure the vehicle we wanted had not been sold and I spoke with Amber. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. We live in Jacksonville and had a few hurtles to jump before driving the two hours to get there. She made it clear she was going to do all she could to make sure we got that car. We bought a Lexus Rx 450h from Rahib Motors. My experience was great and the customer service was memorable. As soon as I walked in the door. Simon , my sales associate was very helpful and patient. Tony qualified my so quickly for car loan and was willing to stay after hours to finalize our application. Sarfraz the Owner was very warm and kind. They worked with us to make sure were happy with our purchase and ensured the car was a good working condition. It was cleaned and polished before pick-up. Everyone was very polite. Great selection of cars. I was in and out in two hrs. Took the time to explain all paperwork to me. Ask for Simon or Jorge and they will the buying experience extremely easy. My car was clean, carfax was clean. They do in house maintenance so you know the cars have been checked. I recommend them.

I bought a car here and found this dealer to be very friendly and helpful. The staff was very attentive they made the car purchase very easy to complete. Everything was done as promised, and all transactions were transparent. Tony was very helpful and reasonable in all parts of the transaction, allowing us to test drive the car and ask any questions. Great experience, drove 3+ hours to see a Toyota that has been very hard to find. Worked with Maha over the phone all week, she was incredible and has great customer service skills. Saw the vehicle on the weekend and worked with Tony who was great as well. I thoroughly checked out the vehicle and found some issues, the owner took some of the price… off even after we had agreed on a price. I’ve sold cars before and I have never seen one operate this poorly... Absolute terrible experience with them. Sold me a car that was in need of $4k in repairs. Only had the thing for a couple days. After a few days of getting no where with them they ultimately only offered to “let me buy a warranty” ... from their dealership! Or help me find a cheaper mechanic.. un real.

Sold a close friend of mine a car, claimed everything was in good, working condition, but that is not nearly the case. The car needs new strut assemblies, valve cover gasket, cv arms, and new back tires - none of which were mentioned in the sales and evaluation process. Upon taking it back to… the dealership, the only help they were willing to offer was “finding a cheaper mechanic or buying a warranty” through them. VERY shady business practices and refusing to cover roughly $4,000 in repairs that were not disclosed before

Awesome dealership, Rahib Motors has a wonderful selection of cars to choose from, from economical cars like Toyota Corollas or Honda Civics, to cara more luxurious like Range Rovers, Mercedes Benz, etc. so you have a lot to choose from which is something I don't see often in dealerships that sell used cars. All the cars are reasonably priced for their condition and features and are very affordable. I want to commend the sales team there specifically Tony and Bukasa for helping me purchase my first vehicle, they did an awesome job and it's something I'll never forget. Thanks Rahib

This dealership appears to be like the thousands of others on State Road 50. That is untill I talked with Paul.
I'm young and this is my second car, however Paul has provided me with so much helpful information even offering to check a car fax for me if I go someplace else . Paul told me he was here to earn my business for a lifetime not a daytime. Paul even offered to pay for my gas if I was not pleased with the cars at Rahib Motors. Well because my time is so limited , I was so overwhelmed with not only Paul's sincerity, effort, and making things so simple, unlike any other dealership
