They did an amazing job on a complete remodel of our children’s bathroom. They also did demolition work for us in our kitchen and put in new floor tiles. All throughout the quality of the work was perfect. Their staff is very responsive, and the workers were very nice people who showed up on time and delivered professional quality. Dell and team are extremely responsive. I’ve heard nightmares about other contractors not calling back for weeks. You get a response in less than an hour in most cases. Great to work with very patient for changes we had to make and overall great experience. We finished our entire basement and he and his team made it as easy as a large project like that can be. We could not be happier with the great work that Dell and his team provided for us. He turned our bathroom into one of the most beautiful bathrooms i have yet to see. 1st Choice did an amazing job on gutting and remodeling my bathroom. Dell was very responsive and his team were professional, considerate, and provided quality work. The attention to detail and creativity on the tile work in the marble shower resulted in a look that far exceeded my expectations. The team took precautions such as masks in the new covid world. I felt secure both when wfh and when I had to leave the team alone while I was at work. Every day they cleaned up and left my place orderly. I would work with 1st Choice again in a heartbeat. The team was always on time and making progress on our project, and Dell was always available for consultation and open to changes and requests. First I want to say as an owner of 2 homes and a first time landlord, 1st Choice Remodel got me through my design and renovation jitters and made the process as smooth as possible. I found Dell and his excellent team here on Yelp, so I wanted to come back to let others know how pleased I am with the townhouse renovation he performed for me in Grant Park. All new floors, new wall/ceiling/trim paint, all new fixtures, replaced master bath vanity, tile work patching, painting old kitchen cabinets etc. It's an enormous transformation and I'm extremely pleased. The only reason I took a star off was because communication was a little lacking at times, but I would use them again for sure. Very honest and quality work performed for a reasonable price.

We had our backsplash removed/replaced, our cabinets painted, and a light added above our sink. Overall we had a good experience. I appreciate that they will give you a general quote online by describing your project and they also come out to do estimates on the weekend, that was a huge help! We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel. First, it's important to mention I sourced quotes from no less than a dozen companies. We chose 1st Choice because they were the only company that would only charge for labor - I was particular with my supplies and really wanted to buy them separately. 1st Choice Remodel (FCR) did an amazing job on my attic renovation. We bought the house and moved in 5 weeks later, and didn't contract FCR until a week in. With less than a month to complete, he got everything done with a few days to spare. It wasn't an easy remodel either; he lifted the HVAC higher into the attic (8'+ up), added a half bath bathroom, and changed the framing of our attic to make it more of a loft and spacious.
Ultimately, it was gorgeous! My family owns a commercial construction company, and they are all impressed with how well done and professional it looks.

I could absolutely not be more excited about the work Dell and Juan and team did on my house if I tried.
