I bought a car and it broke down within months. I was told that I was automatically approved for a car since I purchased one in cash and found that it wasn’t the case. I was told that the car I bought had no accidents and found that there were welding marks on the front inside under the hood so a whole new front was put on the car. I showed them proof of income and they said it wasn’t sufficient when it was! I just needed a vehicle and got screwed! Nothing they say will be true absolutely nothing! I submitted the same information that I provided them with to another dealer and was approved

I highly recommend buying a car here. I took a family member to buy a car from here and the experience was fast and pleasant. And even with any issue that came up they handled it in such a professional manner. This car lot is Not your typical Alameda car lot. Mike stands by his word, which is awesome, especially on Alameda. If you haven't seen their inventory and are looking for a car this is the place to go. Also Brittany was very helpful with the approval process.
