If I could give more than five stars I would! They came out and cleaned the system in Dec 2018. They didn't Bill us right away because they wanted to make sure that the system was indeed working, seeing as how it was Dark outside & that they got everything. After two days it was still giving us trouble so they came back out and fixed the problem right away. The Repairman spent the time to just sit there & watch the Unit to make sure it was working, and still waited to Bill Us in order to make sure the system was going to keep working properly. I Thank God for Them & would highly recommend Priority

I would highly recommend Priority Heating & Air. They were able to schedule me quickly so I didn't need to deal with the heat long. They were very professional and knowledgeable. If you are reading this you have found the right place. Recently our AC went out and we sought to repair it. Called others and all they just wanted to sell me a unit. My wife and I didn't want to go into debt 6k to 11k so we wanted to get a second opinion on repair. After seeing the reviews on Priority I had to call. Our Priority serviceman gave us information on repair and replacement and did not push us in either direction. They quoted a lower price on replacing the system and gave us a great price on repair. I work for a Air Conditioning company. So when my daughter was having problems with her air conditioner I was looking for the right company for her. Her air went out on Wednesday. My A/C went out and Priority Heating & Air were able to come out to my home within a few hours. Jeremy was able to diagnose the problem, and fix it, within a half hour. He was polite, professional and did not try to sell me repairs or parts that I did not need. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well.
