Good, trustworthy help is hard to find. if you are looking for anything HVAC look no further. I've been working with Bi City for over a year now on a fairly regular basis. Customer service is impeccable, staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. As a business owner there is comfort in knowing that when something goes wrong these guys are there to help.

Set up an appointment weeks in advance for them to come out and service my a/c unit. Personally took off time from work, the lady over the phone was helpful and set up for someone to come out. The day of, waited 8-11, the set up for my appointment window. No one never called or came out to my home. I decided to call and check up myself to see what the problem was, no one answered the phone. Spoke volumes for me, even if they were helpful and wanted to reschedule, I would not have moved forward with the appointment, but no one never called or followed up.
