Service is super. Had a problem with my AC system. They came out to repair it promptly, were courteous, and repaired the issue quickly despite encountering some tricky issues. Although my system is older, they were quite knowledgeable about it and taught me a few things I didn't know. I can heartily recommend them.

I called the emergency line and the on call Tech who answered was very unprofessional. He was very condescending. He made it a point to inform me of the hourly rates and minimum charges which is fine. But that was after I had already requested that he come out. After he informed me of the rates, he asked me again if I wanted him to come out. This is when he become unprofessional and condescending in his tone of voice with me. You could tell that he was aggravated with the fact that someone was making an emergency call at 7:45 PM at night.

I have lived in Columbus for 20 years. Have owned two homes here. From beginning to end I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed a new A/C unit for the upstairs.
Customer service unparralled. Came when they said they would. Did the work at the quoted price and had to remove and replace wood molding around attic entry and no mention of added charge. Cleaned up, respectful and business like in their demeanor. Came in over a thousand dollars lower than the previous company's bid. I will recommend them to my friends in s heart beat.

I was given This company as referral. I was hesitant, but I am so glad I called them. Had been suffering with heat for weeks. This guy he is their like their top technician is marvelous. Our Air Conditioner quit working on Sunday. We were miserable. The house temperature was 89 degrees while we slept. Monday morning, we called several places for help but no one would come right away. Hewitt said we can come now! They sent Austin who replaced the burned out parts and had us running in under 2 hours! We were happy with the professional service and also the reasonable price. I will recommend them to everyone.

June in Ga 100 degrees, I called after hours received a courteous call in return, and at 8 the next morning Fay called to say they had a couple of calls already committed to and would call when someone was on the way. Called at 9 and said they were on the way. It had been 85 in the house with all fans running and doors open and humidity 90%. When they arrived he quickly evaluate the problem had the part on the truck and had it fixed in 20 to 30 minutes, the temp had dropped to 82 by the time he left. Wonderful job and very courteous employees, I have used them for 20 to 25 years. Great service
