When I contacted Michigan Carpet Cleaning , I was told by the owner that their service was superior to others as they use very little water and better cleaning. The high traffic areas and other spots (which is the reason we paid $160 for 2 rooms, stairs and a hallway) were still very visible. We contacted the owner and they returned without success. We then had Stanley Steemer (at a cost of $99) come out and they were successful at cleaning the areas that needed attention. We were so impressed with Stanley Steemer that we signed up for 3 additional cleanings.
