Door technician David "B" serviced my garage door assembly this morning. It was one of the best service visits I've had in a number of years (includes visits for appliances, roofs, etc.) His knowledge and explanation about why the breakdown occurred and how I can prevent it from happening again was great, and in terms I could easily understand. He fixed the problem quickly and then completed a thorough alignment check on the system, making sure it worked perfectly before leaving. Your company should be proud to have him on your repair team. Owner is crooked as can be... He told me that he was the original Overhead Door when i called to get pricing on replacing a circuit board in my Legacy garage door motor.. He told me I was better off replacing the motor. I ended up getting in touch with the correct Overhead Door Co. of Jacksonville that fixed my motor and saved me about $150.00.
