The Tech that installed our screen showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a little glitch with the screen after the tech left. We called and they returned and took care of the minor problem. We are very happy with the product and it’s installation. I would highly recommend the product & company Florida Garage Door.

Josh did a great job today. I had wanted to change out the rollers and he was quick with that. Additionally, he diagnosed some stress cracks on a couple of the roller hinges, replaced them, adjusted and sprayed down the spring, and adjusted the chain. Also, just as he was leaving I was closing my door and I had no power. When adjusting the sensors on the motor, the power wire had come loose. He got out of his truck and fixed that also without any hesitation. That’s customer service people. Thanks Josh, you guys will always be my first choice for anything garage doors.

Sometimes you let the sleeping dog lie, which was what I was going to do with Florida Garage Doors Net Inc. But then someone goads you into making a different decision – like Florida Garage Doors Net Inc asking for a review of their performance over and over again. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review (maybe I would cool off and find the silver lining… nope).
Did the technician get the 18’x8’ garage door working again? Yes. Did he have serious work to do to get the door working? Yes, he worked on the skewed door for an hour and a half, making adjustments to cables, tracks

Just had my garage screen installed and it looks fantastic. Company was very easy to work with as they provided courtesy calls before the scheduled installation. Prompt, efficient professionals.
