We install all types and major brands of wood flooring. This includes solid wood flooring and laminated flooring. Please keep in mind that wood flooring is not a short-term investment. According to the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and residential real estate agents, homes with wood floors hold their value better, sell faster, and fetch higher prices.
When hardwood floors become worn out, scratched, and lose their sheen, refinishing the floors we will completely restore their appearance with a beautiful and smooth finish. Finish- Coat the floor with the poly of your choice: high gloss, gloss, semi-gloss, or satin. You can also choose water or oil based poly.
Stain adds beautiful color. While wood in its natural state can provide breathtaking beauty, it doesn't always match the other colors or wood tones in your home. Adding stain to bare or stripped wood can both change the color and highlight the grain pattern of any interior wood. Since wood is a product of nature, it can vary from tree to tree, even in the same wood species.
Hardwood Floors are easy to clean, way more sanitary than carpet, and are more durable than any other flooring. Always use a product that will not leave a wax or oil residue on your floor, as these may cause a problem when you need to refinish your floor. It is always good to check with a professional as to which products you can use, because some types of wood (especially exotic wood) can have a reaction to chemicals found in cleaning products.

Globo flooring did an ok job on my floors but the mess they left behind was disturbing. I had to spend $1500 more to hire a painter to cover the mess of stain that they got all over my freshly painted living room dining room kitchen and hallways:. They also got stain all over my trim. Not only that but the workers left chemical containers and work garage at my residence and refused to take it. They also left food wrappers drinks and cans around my property as well as a water bottle filled with urine. I also came home one day to find my toilet filled with urine and the seat up with urine all over

These guys do great work. I hired them for two different jobs. New bamboo floors and separate job refinishing oak floors. They were able to lay the bamboo without dividers between the rooms -- something I find more aesthetically pleasing. Other floor installers told me they could not acheive this. The bamboo floor looks perfect one year later.
The refinishing job was well done too. A sign of a good business is how well they address any issues. They came back and fixed a minor issue with the refinishing job without hesitation. Highly recommend the professionals at Globo.
