Urethane mortar concrete has a wide range of applications that can be applied to a range of substrates like integral cove bases, slopes towards drains, and other inclined surfaces. These can be used in a variety of industries like industrial, commercial, and institutional floor coating application and food processing industries and commercial kitchens in particular.
Novolac floor coatings are used to protect oils, grease, chemical splashes, strong acids, and solvents. Forms Designs are OUTSTANDING. They squeezed me in, came when they said they would, did fantastic quality work in a timely fashion and at the price they said they would. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful at deciding what to do, color of floor, pluses and minuses of different alternatives. Excellent quality and I cannot say enough good things! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company through-and-through. We got several estimates before we started the project and learned that most vendors outsource flooring projects. Forms Designs does this completely in house and as a result their estimate came back with the best price. They were super helpful providing us with samples so we could choose our color and helped us schedule a date that worked perfectly for our overall project schedule (we had our garage painted as well). They showed up on time and did a really fantastic job. What a transformation. Our garage looks so nice now!

My garage floor was a disaster. I had a crack in the floor from settling that popped up the linoleum tiles on it. I pulled all of the tiles off and realized that I had to epoxy the floor as that seemed to have the best results on durability.
I contacted a few flooring companies and Forms Designs came out for an estimate that day. He was professional and detailed. I made the decision to schedule the following day and they were able to come out within two weeks. The floor was completed in the same day.

Marco and his team were amazing. The Garage is 1000% better and the quality and watching the guys work and the tiniest spots Marco sees and makes adjustments that the normal human wouldn't see. Also seamless process as they moved all the cabinets and Freezer and put back. A++++ If you are questioning whether to use them I wouldn't and our floor was put down while it is was 20 F.

Marco and his team were a pleasure to work with. From his first appointment, to the days he promised to get the job complete, all were accurate and job well done. While this company does indeed deserve 5 stars, we had selected a slightly different garage floor color then what we received. Marco stated that it sometimes can be hard to make exact color match. My wife and I happen to really like the color that they did put down, but this could be something they should make certain for future customers. Quality work! Thanks Form Designs!

He explained the process and the time line clearly and my experience was exactly how he described. Once we decided to go wth Forms Designs, Marco came over to talk though our color choices.
