Terrible experience. Larry was prompt to come out to measure but was rude and discourteous. After gathering my quote he didn’t want to take the time to discuss other flooring options or products. He was very quick to hang up. I then spoke with Pat who deals with financing mainly and before we even got into that I had brought up that I would prefer to work with another sales person and he said they are all salesman but would not switch after contact is established. So they declined my business rather than allowing me to switch sales persons, have they not heard of good customer service? It’s
