It was a huge job with 115 boards replaced due to splits, broken knots, gaps that would hold 3 business cards, splintered boards and boards with obvious nail holes in the top.

We had Magnus Anderson refinish the wood floors in our home we recently purchased. The floors are 15 years old and showed. Not only that but the color had yellow/gold tones in it which we were not huge fans of. After a lot of research we decided to give Magnus Anderson a call. The job started on a Friday and finished on a Tuesday (no work done on Sunday). I will say it took a bit longer than we expected but the quality is all there. We went with Special Walnut stain, a Satin coat and the floors look brand new. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their wood floors and bring them back

The guys that refinished--sanded, stained, glossed and buffed--the wood floors in my house did an incredible job! I couldn't be happier with the results. When I consider the amount of skilled labor that went into the job versus the amount I paid, I believe I got a fantastic deal. The people who provided the quote were knowledgeable and friendly as well. For wood floor refinishing, I highly recommend these guys.

I set up two appointments for them to come out, and give me an estimate; dissatisfied with both. On the first appointment, they told me a timeline they would be there, and when he didn't show, I was told they had a different time....I was writing it down AS THEY TOLD ME. On the second appointment I was told the timeline, I called 15 minutes prior the end time I was given and he didn't show up for an additional 45 minutes; 30 minutes AFTER the allotted hour I was given. When he did show, he took the measurements and said he would email me the estimate....he confirmed my email....STILL NOTHING. Completely
