Guelzow has done several things for me recently abs in the past. I've always had very good encounters and will recommend them to anyone. Most recently, they fit me into their busy schedule when our thermostat shut off. DJ quicky diagnosed the problem with our furnace and was able to order and repair the part. He knew that the part was covered under warranty and was able to get the furnace working while we waited for the part to come in. Thank you to Guelzow for all of the assistance you have provided for my family home.

Guelzow recently replaced the central air conditioning at my home. The estimator was friendly and had quotes completed within a few hours of the appointment (other outfits took several days). My AC unit was out and I called them and they got a same day appointment and somebody came out within 2 hours to take a look at the AC and figure it out and fixed it like a champ! The technician Joe was very helpful and service was great! He solved the situation and even gave some very helpful tips. He did a great job! Would recommend if u want great customer service and progress

When we discovered over the weekend that the furnace was not sending out heat we called Guelzow. They had a serviceman there within the hour. He tried to get us heat for the remainder of the weekend but no luck! I thought we would have to wait a few days before anything could be done-new part or new furnace, but early Monday morning Jim had several options for me. After discussing these with both Jim and Tyler I was informed that we could have a new furnace installed that day...YAY!
