I will not use Elite anymore.
I had used Elite Garage Door on a umber of projects at home and work, and I had been happy when they provided an estimate and then completed the work.
But, I made the mistake of trusting them and asking them to just go to the job site and fix my garage door. When I reviewed the bill after we had paid it, I was SHOCKED!!
Look at the invoice:
1) OK, I get the Service Call: $149.99 just to drive to my place!
2) Tune up $149.99? When all the rollers and cables are being replaced, what's the point of this? JUST PACKING THE BILL!!
3) Labor Rewind $199.99? I called

Michael was great! Came out on a Sunday and serviced our spring which had broken on Saturday afternoon. He was professional, knowledgeable and explained the extra work he thought I needed done. He wasn't pushy by any means and explained what the next service call may be if issues weren't taken care of sooner than later. I would highly recommend Elite Garage.

Our garage door was not working. Called Elite and they were out the next morning to give a quote. And came out the very next morning to install. Kevin and Mike were awesome to work with. Were fast and looks awesome. Would definitely recommend them. If we need future work done we know where we are going.
