NOTE: This review is for the experience with the store only. Due to a water leak we ended up pulling up the carpet and choose to go with tile. As we have several animals, felt this would be the better flooring choice in the long run. Asked Siri where closest tile store was to my current location and Ogden was one that came up, so I headed there. Upon arrival there are several tile samples on the exterior of the building, I started my exploration there, sample of our kitchen flooring in hand and an idea of the colors and designs that I had already fine tuned through many visits to other stores

So this company is absolutely amazing I went about 2 months ago my couch made a dent in my flooring and these guys did the best at helping me match and just in all actually helping me I only needed about 12x1 so when other companies seen that they kind of brushed me off not these guys so helpful literally the best thank you so much. Your customer service way beyond anything I could imagine definitely did not go unnoticed!!

Extremely disappointed. We've had an issue with the installation for a while and they took 4 months to come out and inspect the job. The owner finally came out and starting the conversation with "coaching" us on what to say when the manufacturer arrived to get them to cover the job. When the manufacturer got there it was very evident it was an install problem and rather than Ogden agreeing to cover it, he continued to point the finger to the manufacturer. Eventually when we chimed in, we advised we observed the installer had his CHILDREN do the install, he immediately started screaming

The folks at Ogden are super professional and helpful and the work is top notch. I dealt mostly with Aaron and Stu in the office, and was super satisfied with them. The store is clean and well laid out and their prices are incredibly reasonable for what you're getting. I came for new carpeting because my new home had been done poorly by the previous owner. Stu and Aaron were quick to give me a pretty accurate estimate and then sent someone out to do a more precise quote. I ordered my carpet and a week later it was being installed.

We remodeled our community clubhouse. The flooring selection was a tough process, about 8 vendors were considered. Ogden worked diligently to find the best product for the job, their price was reasonable and the project was completed under budget.
3600 sf of vinyl plank flooring was installed in 3-1/2 days.

This is simply the best customer service I have dealt so far and I have dealt with almost 10 different contractors for our complete house remodel. Aaron has been outstanding spending a lot of time with us to select hardwood and tile flooring. He even accommodated our last minute needs and get us the refund for the damaged box of hardwood. If there was 10 star, they would definitely deserve it... Next time you are shopping for flooring material, ask for Aaron and Ogden Flooring.

Previously used Ogden about 10 years ago and found them again by chance. Great selection They spent lots of time with us showing the choices and giving us materials for tile, wood floor and carpet to play with at home. You never know what it will really look like until its in and completed but we are absolutely delighted with the material, the look and the work of the installers. Might even redo some other areas of our house. Responsive service from Stuart and especially Aaron.

We just got our floors installed in our place of business. Before deciding on Ogden, we shopped around and had a couple of estimates. We decided on them (Ogden) because they were the only ones that offered their expertise knowledge on the best possible flooring for our business (no one told us that we needed a vinyl-based material because of the type of business we are). The sales rep was awesome and the installers were there on time and worked in a timely manner. The best part was the finished product!!! We were more than thrilled at how beautiful our floors looked!!!

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit OGDEN Flooring Center. They have a very nice selection of tile and Stu was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was evident that he has been in the flooring industry for many years and that he knew what he was talking about. You can feel comfortable using their services. John, who has also worked in the industry for many years, comes to the house and does the measuring. He makes suggestions as to different ways of laying the tile and what needs to be done. This is the perfect place to get your tile work done.

Be very careful when going through Ogden in San Marcos and don't let their friendly staff fool you. They price gouge to the extreme and run a very shady business. Be very careful and be sure to check all your prices before going through them. I bought $6k worth of tile through them only to find out 2 weeks later that I could have saved $2,000 through a different place for the EXACT same tile. When I confronted them about the situation they lied and began to avoid my calls. They run a very poor business and did not make it right by doing anything. I paid $4.09/sq ft, when I could have paid $2.89
