Beyond my expectations! We recently had a flood and needed to shop for new floors. We just drove around on a Saturday and stopped in a few places. Direct Carpet Unlimited was the place! Angie showed us around and was extremely knowledgeable on the different products. Angie met with me that very next Monday at my home to get measurements to provide an estimate. I cannot say enough about this company and Tommy. We have had two separate flooring projects done by them in the past. Both experiences were awesome!
Over time, one of our T Moldings started to wear from multiple times the dogs ruined it. The original purchase was back in 2016 and my husband and I were worried that we would not be able find a match.
Tommy originally thought that we could find something close, but said "I'll do my best to find the right match". He warned me that it may take awhile, and it did, but we were ok with it.

We had an awesome experience from start to finish. When we entered the show room Angie took time to educate us on the various types of flooring for our home. Once we sign the contract our product was ordered and installation was within two weeks time. Israel, Roberto, and Primo all came out to do the installation and what a wonderful job they did. They were very professional, very clean, very neat and very conscientious with regard to our personal belongings. They cleaned up when they were finished every day and at the end of the job. Very good prices and low pressure sales. They did my carpet and bathrooms. Most importantly there was a minor issue with the install but they made it right. That's important because in construction nothing ever goes as planned.
