I hate buying cars. Always have. So, I absolutely DREADED today, knowing we HAD to purchase a car. I had a financing preapproval that was tied PENN Auto Group, so there I went. I didn't know what car I wanted because what I could afford depended upon interest rates, etc. I was in knots of anxiety. Then I met Jake and Jim Pearce. After few hours trying to make a deal, the owner a white man try to makes me buy a car I don't like in a very high monthly payment. When I'm leaving one of his employees for over 3 years told us because the skin color the owner will try to get more money from us. He explained us that if we where white we will came out with a car... so sad that people still can't see over the color of the skin.

Worst experience I ever had trying to get a car. Made an appointment to see a specific car that I liked. When I showed up to see the vehicle (after driving 50 miles to see it), the car was not there. I was told that the car sold the night before. No one ever called me to tell me the car had ben sold and I was given the reason that the internet was down. They also said the their phones were down so no one could call me (although someone could have used a cell phone to call me I'm assuming). Penn Auto Group Allentown, Saynmoh asked, want we were looking for and price point, she not only show us one but two minivans and also had other if we needed to look at more. A sign of good customer service is to listen to the customer!!! Saynmoh not only listen to us, but got us a great minivan in our price point. Sales to the Finances Department we are very pleased with the services we received.

Worse place to buy a car..beware..you have been warned!! i don't even know where to start honestly. first off over the phone they sounded very professional and very willing to give me a great price on a suv my wife wanted. i almost got a perfect credit score so i told them that and they told me with that score i could bring it home so we agreed on a price and 5 year term. i got everything set up since i live in maryland and headed up to penn auto, after talking to the manager.

First they tried to charge $2000 more than the advertised price claiming "bank fees." Then they promised to fix the problem with the car but only made the problem worse after they "fixed" it. Tried to insult my intelligence by saying nothing is wrong with the car and refused fix it even thou they have a repair shop on premises. Ended up having to take it to the Ford dealer to find out that indeed car had many other problems and cost me $1700 to fix. They could care less because they got my money.

Unorganized. understaffed. Unacceptable wait time while servicing vehicle.
Would not recommend anyone to this dealer who's also affiliated with Star Auto Mall and Taj Auto.

Do not trust this place. They will tell you anything to get you in the door, however once there things will change. This does not matter if you are a customer or newly hired employee. I have been in Auto Sales for 20 years so I know what I am talking about. Whether it's prices or pay plans things are changed once there. Shame on me for not getting things in writing, but I thought I could trust someone who I thought was a friend; since I have known to " managers" there for more than 11 years.

The worst place for repairing your car.
After calling and explaining types of repairing needed, the costumer service told us to drop the car for 2 days. The lady told us the car will be ready in 2 days. When we arrived to the place, she said that they are not able to fix everything during these two days since they are really busy. The lady told us they are able to fix only few things during these two days. It already became a waste of money since we rented a car for two days but we decided to give it a chance and at least fix some things. We already rented the car for these two days. When we

Very shady. Horrible used car dealer. Be aware that most of the reviews of this dealer online are clearly fake, and they work to delete any negative reviews. Honestly, they will probably work harder to remove my review than they worked to try to earn my business.
When I walked in, I knew exactly what I wanted to see, a Mazda2 that had been on their lot for 3 months. Buying a vehicle is so frustrating, so time consuming and I really just did not want to go through the hassle.. I found this dealer and from the moment I walked in they helped me out even with the terrible credit that I have, they let me pick out the vehicle that I liked not one that they wanted me to get, like other places.
