Went to test drive the 2011 Mitsubishi lancer ralliart that they had on their lot. Look like a fairly decent car on the exterior but didn't notice rear passenger door was freshly painted and bumpers were freshly painted. Also while at idle did hear a weird knocking noise don't know where that could be coming from. Also when owner gave me car to test-drive did not realize that there was a check engine light on and was not told. Also the car was almost completely out of fuel and they did not put fuel in it for me to test drive. Something about Mike just rubbed me the wrong way decided to walk away

Called and spoke with Bill who is the owner but acts as he's not so he doesn't seem as the bad guy. Negotiated a price over the phone. He tells you information about fees and titling which are 100% incorrect. I asked for a out the door price with all the fees as we were driving almost 5 hrs away. Car looks great and drove great THERE. Not 1 week later the clutch went up. I understand it is a wear item but called to ask if he would help. Have yet too hear back from him. I've been driving stick for almost 30 yrs and I've in the dealership business for 12 yrs. Please be careful with doing business

I come from New York I happened to pass through town and stopped at the dealership and I was looking for a truck - Jeremy went out of his way beyond and more to be able to get me the truck that I wanted the service was great everything was done properly professionally he was very courteous and On top of that I got the truck in mint condition I couldn’t be more happier

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. On Nov.4, 2020 I paid $10,000 for a 2013 GMC Terrain that they raved about the condition of. I had this vehicle less than 3 months when it broke down and found out the engine is bad. The garage has told me that the vehicle definitely had issues and was knowingly sold to me like that. This dealer refuses to help with any of the repair cost. It is not an easy to find motor and the cost is over $7000 to replace. I have spoken to Bill who is downright rude and said "it's not their responsibility" for a vehicle I've had so long. Not even 3 months and not even due

This is one if the best dealerships I've been to. Got an awesome car at a good price after shopping around for the car I wanted I couldn't find a better deal then what mike gave me. We didnt agree on a price on the first day but he called me back and mike gave me a price I couldn't say no to. I had my 2 year old when I came in to do all the papaer work and Mike had it all filled out so all I needed to do was put my name on it. Good place!

A+ Experience Purchased a Ford Fiesta ST we did the entire sale over the phone & internet with the cooperation of the sales dept. All the information requested was sent in a timely manner including all questions with answers. I commuted by Air from Cincinnati OH to Philly & rented a vehicle to the dealership which they followed me to drop off the rental. I purchased the Fiesta ST & drove it back to Cincinnati! I cannot recommend buying a car from Auto World enough! We drove 5 hours from Virginia to look at a 2007 Toyota Sequoia they had online. I didn't know what to expect because I've had bad experiences with used car dealers. However, the SUV was exactly like Bill described and I left there that day with my new (to me) Sequoia. Bill was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with and I would definitely make the drive and buy from them again!!!

We had the best experience at Auto World. It truly is a great place to buy a vehicle. My family had been looking specifically for an Infiniti QX56 in DC/MD/VA. We were unable to find one with our specific requirements. However, we stumbled upon the Auto World listing for the SUV with our specifications. I called mid-morning on a Saturday asking if they still had the SUV I wanted. They did and we were so excite that we drove 5 hours to Pennsylvania to check it out.
