Huge shoutout to Luke & Chris from the service department. I recently had to get some work done on my Lexus and I really appreciated their patience in answering all my questions over multiple phone calls. The service team did an excellent job fixing my car at a reasonable cost. They were also kind enough to have a valet drive the car back to me in NJ and pickup their loaner once the job was finished. Couldn't be happier!

I was in there today to trade my old vehicle for a used car they had on the lot after coming from another dealership where I walked out on because they just wanted to waste my time and give me the run around and weren’t honest.
This place is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. My sales guy was John Delloso and he was great. He explained everything in detail and gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in and very transparent with all the information. I was out the door in no time with my new car the same day.

On a recent service visit to LoLV I inquired about an early trade in of my 2019 NX. I was assisted by Stacy Albright, a personable and knowledgeable sales agent. Stacy led me through the process as well as answered all my questions about the 2021 UX that caught my eye. Our test drive was pleasant without the usual sales pitch. The store had some good points and some points that need to be improved upon. The good news is that it is well laid out, neat, and there is someone to greet you when you come in. The greeter we saw was polite and professional.
There does need to be some improvement though in product knowledge. The individual that we met with said that with the hybrid vehicle we were looking at that the battery had a several hundred mile range and that in addition the gas portion of the vehicle would be several hundred more giving us a total range of 700 to 800 miles. Personnel is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have dealt with Allyssa, Dan, and another Dan – sales manager. None of them tried to push car on us or made us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable.
