Last weekend I went down into my basement and discovered my supply vent for the whole home was detached from the ceiling (floor joists) and was about to come crashing down any minute. I propped it up with a ladder and phoned Steven at Homecare Heating and Cooling. I explained to him what was happening and he took the time to come out the same day.
He was able to reattach everything to the ceiling and even took the time to reattach a vent which feeds off of the main supply, and did very clean work.

He had a busy calendar for the next morning, but he worked with me to find a time that was perfect for my work schedule and my family the very next morning. Steven came to inspect our wall Heat/AC unit, aka hotel style. No hope of repair so Steven did research to find the perfect replacement! Steven is an incredible professional. He came out to repair one thing, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He ordered the part and returned later and fixed the AC unit. Once he had finished that, he noticed that there was another completely unrelated issue with our water heater. He wanted to make sure it was fixed right away, ran out to the needed parts, returned and fixed it. He is knowledgeable, fast and professional. I would recommend him a thousand times over. Will only use Homecare Heating and Cooling for our future needs.

Steve is a knowledgeable professional and personable. He went beyond the average maintenance work to explore and understand how my system was working and how to improve it. I recently moved into a towns house That needed upgrades.
He improved the venting system and also the vent run for the dryer. Both are working far more efficiently.

Highly recommend! Our furnace wasn’t working and they were so professional and actually took the time to explain what was wrong and was honest with us! They actually squeezed us in to ensure we had it up and running. They didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t need. Very trustworthy!
