Robert & Sons was assigned by my Home Warranty Company after I submitted a work order for several issues noted by another Company in Forney during my winter inspection. The Company documented several problems, which would have cost me anywhere from $1100 to $3500 for a new furnace without warranty. I informed my warranty company of the issues documented. Robert and Sons contacted me the this morning and came out within hours. Could not have ask for better service. Tom, the Tech, arrived, followed all safety protocols and even wore booties. I had used my home warranty company to call in an issue with my AC unit. The soonest I could get services was 48 hours from the time I called my warranty company, that was fine...I could wait, I understood.
Well, I got a call early from Robert and Sons saying they could fit me in today (score.)
The gentleman that showed up was named Herbert, he was AMAZING, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Herbert fixed my issue and was very pleasant the entire time.
If you have an issue with your AC you would be doing yourself a favor to give these guys a call.

First Off I'm not a big reveiws guy. But I got give hector a shout out he is clutch. The first company that looked at Sent 4 different guys could not fix Hector showed up and fixed what they messed up in like 40 min. As of right now this company are number one and today hector called checked on his work I respect that. That total respect. Hector you are clutch and thank you for fixing it.so ac start messing up and call them and now they won't stand behind their work and said we don't do work for home warrant no more and she just hung up.

I was needing a whole new System, I found this company on Google and liked the reviews and decided to give them a try, they were very professional and helpful. My home warranty put me in contact with Robert & sons when my AC wasn’t working. They were super quick to set up an appointment time for the next morning and Herbert even called shortly after to try to come out same day. I wasn’t home at that time so Herbert came first thing in the morning right at the scheduled time. He was quick to diagnose what was wrong and replace the part needed. He also gave me a few pointers to check if the same issue ever happens again. Highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again if needed!

The service had been arranged by our home warranty company. We received the call from Robert & Sons that same day and the appointment was set for the following day. Very fast. Hector, the technician, called when he was on his way and after explaining the situation we have had with this unit for a while now, he was very eager to look for the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable, looked the system thoroughly to find the problem. I just hope that what he´s done, it has solved the problem we have had until now. Very professional person and very willing to help the customer. Would really recommend
