Worst company I've ever had grass died in places when we called out a manager he heard our concerns but didn't do anything about it when our man came back to do our lawn he said he had nothing down about our concerns about our lawn dying I told him we would not be home so when I got home I checked our cameras he wasn't even at our house for 7 minutes I phoned to complain about how long he was there and also about our lawn dying I was told he was there 15 minutes I told them I have cameras and it was only 7 minutes I have cancelled them got a new company to come round the same day

We have PestBear and they do a great job on our lawn and our pest control. We are considering starting termite coverage with them as well. Please give them a try. I know there are some negative reviews here but many people who are probably happy don't take the time to leave reviews. We have had many other services for our lawn and no one has done such a great job. Our lawn looks great this year thanks to them.

This company is a complete rip-off, they were doing my lawn care and peat control. They never showed up for some months and when they did show up service work was performed very poorly. I have been using them for 6 months now and my yard looks worse than when I started.
On the last visit, the office manager Andrew told the technician do not service my residence unless I will pay and additional fee that was never apart of the service. Mind you My bill is paid in advance monthly. Horrible company, horrible customer service , and even worse office staff. Please save yourself a headache and money

Pest Bear is a bunch of crooks. They took payment for rat extermination and inspected my 86 yr old mothers house and said that they needed a bigger trap and would be back on Monday to place them. Apparently they decided that they weren't going to help her. Instead of calling and telling us. They just didn't show up. No call, no nothing. Let my mother hanging and I took off work for 2 days to meet with them when they didn't bother to show up or cancel. I had to call to find out where they were. So yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

The sales representative said $65/mo for everything included for lawn care and pest control. Well, make sure you know where that $65/mo is going. Each service is charged $65 separately. The fertilizer is $65 then next month they will do other lawn care at $65, then the free pest control the month later is $65 but they won't do lawn care to keep you at $65/mo. They guaranteed the lawn would be green after 3 months. Luckily we canceled before damage could be done. I saw a lot

Started service in February- just cancelled today. I was promised a military discount when the salesman convinced me to start service, and we never received one. They were not careful with their lawn products, and they would always end up coating the top of my screened-in pool. I wrote customerservice@pestbear.com about both of these issues in April, and they never replied.

After a rep came out to my house and talk to good game I signed up with for a package deal for pest control inside and outside of home including lawn care. After four months of service, our Lawn looks much worse and is actually dying in many places. Also when they came out to do the pest control they left granules all over our swingset kids toys and the walkways where our kids play. Definitely not worth the $70/month

The services started out great when my technician was Steve but once he moved inside the company all of my interactions have been way less the par. I would only recommend the for initial services but never to ongoing service. Sadly after over a year with them we have to end our service and find someone who will actually take our calls and care for our account.

Pest Bear is the worst extermination service I have ever used. Not only does their product not work but they try to charge you for services that they don't render and when you call them to tell them the services weren't rendered they argue that b/c the tech submitted a bill the work must have been done as if their tech can't lie! They were providing two services for us; mosquito and general extermination. The mosquito service is $40. The tech claimed he came to our home to treat for the mosquitos. I work from home, I'm home everyday. He did not come to provide that service.

South Tampa Parents Beware. Pest Bear ruined a smoke detector, set off all the smoke alarms in the house, removed all of the batteries from the smoke detectors, left and never came back. (they did say they'd be back in 20 minutes).

Well a guy john a sales. came by. and made a lot of promises. we went with pest and lawn/ shrub care. well 4 treatments and we have bugs in the home. and the grass looks worse then when we started it's all about the techs. the only wanna spend 5 mins per location. as they get paid per stop. so beware. of all companies that have big routes. and lack of caring. after 2 lawn treatments . they pretty much killed my front yard

They had a sales guy stop by my house and talked a good game. Said that the Tru Green service I had was not worth it, and guaranteed an improved lawn. Well, their service was terrible. My lawn actually got worse. I inspected following an application, and found an average of 1-2 granules every 1-2 feet. I called to cancel. The manager said they would not charge me, and a manager would be out the next day. The manager never showed up, and then I received an invoice for the service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer service. I specifically requested someone to call me before ever coming out to my home for pest control service. They randomly show up at your home without calling and expect the service to be paid for (even though not scheduled at all) and when you call to ask why, they blame you and completely disregard what their customer requested. First, we signed up for tree and shrub service. After allowing 5 of our bushes to DIE while under their care, they took no responsibility and said the bushes had outlived their "life span" and we should expect them to die. The bushes had clearly visible disease n the bark and leaves, but they claim that was NOT why they died.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I used them. They are absolutely horrible. Terrible advice and worse customer service. We got 3 different answers from their service reps for the three times they came out. At the last one we canceled and they still billed us for 3 months of unused service. Horrible advice and worse service. Wish I could use 0 stars.

I hired them to treat my grass since it was starting to turn yellow. The grass got very green after a few treatments.
HOWEVER, 24hrs after another treatment, LARGE patches of my grass started turning yellow, then brown.
I called them and had a manager come out to look who stated it looked like crap and would get someone out to fix it.
6 weeks later no one ever showed up, so I canceled.
The grass never did come back, so I got a quote to replace all the dead areas.... $800!!!
HOWEVER, 24hrs after another treatment, LARGE patches of my grass started turning yellow, then brown.
