Services
Our team at BW Construction & Custom Homes hires the best Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineers in the great State of Texas. Our homes are built per spec and per engineered plan and we perform 25 certified inspections on all our homes we build performed by city, county and third certified building/engineering inspectors.
Our materials we use are superior to the competition. All our concrete we use is 4000 psi concrete from the peers/beams, slab/foundations, to the driveways and sidewalks. We also test our concrete at 3 days, 7 days and perform a 28 day hammer test to ensure the concrete sets at 4000 PSI and we always exceed that.
