Lots of issues with the house I purchased, they range from major such as leaking roof and plumbing (punctured pipe) to cosmetic such as very poor flooring installation. Lots of issues with communication with the builder, reluctance to do the work even though the house is under warranty. The flooring contractor did a horrible job, I have been trying to get someone in for over 2 months to get the issues corrected, the problem is still not resolved... Very disappointing experience

I have had many issues with my home unfortunately. I have tried so hard to get ahold of someone but they either ignore my emails/cries for help or promise to come, then cancel last minute. This is an ongoing thing and am literally in tears now. I closed on my first home on June 17th and am literally at the point of potentially having to take legal action for neglect of the promised "worry-free" warranty. The construction of my home was, frankly, rather sloppy. I am not talking about structural issues, but rather the installation of flooring and the paint that overlaps on almost every staircase
