Consider professional cleaning every 12-18 months, depending on traffic and other use factors, frequency of vacuuming and whether the carpet is a light or dark color. To remove a dent caused by heavy furniture, stroke carpet with the edges of a coin. You can also use a hair dryer or a steam iron to gently raise the dented area while you tug upward on the tufts.

Legacy Flooring did tile and carpet in my home. The stair carpet and plush carpet looked great. We also did a heated floor system in our master bathroom which we love. Everything went smooth and the finished projects were beautiful. I would highly recommending them to anyone thinking about flooring. The staff in the showroom are wonderful to work with, help with selections, etc.

They initially were really good about service and providing flooring for my restaurant. The install seemed fast and really simple but a year later they have begun to peel off at the edges and become a trip hazard for my customers and employees. I called them 4 times to talk to customer service in order to get the floors serviced or redone entirely. They always forward my call to someone and I have left multiple messages without any return calls. They have a nice showroom with lots of options but they haven't been helpful since the install which was poorly done.

We used Legacy Flooring for all of our carpet, wood floor and tile needs during a recent remodel. Gabe and Kelly are very knowledgeable and professional and were a HUGE help in coordinating and picking out everything. They even helped with paint colors! Everything was installed beautifully and on time. We highly recommend Legacy and would definitely use them again.

We recently built a home and used Legacy flooring for all of our tile, hardwood, and carpeting. The are so amazing to work with and even went above and beyond when we had some issues with the grout in our Master Bathroom Shower. This company starts and finishes with a level of customer service that is so hard to find anymore. When the problem with our grout was discovered they did not just do a cosmetic cover up they basically started over fixing the original problem that was not even their issue and made sure we had an amazing experience.

My husband and I purchased our last home, I'm happy to say. A town home with great bones just bad guts. We contacted Legacy Flooring after they had been recommended by others. Mike and his group not only came in with "great"ideas" on updating our home but was so easy to work within our budget. From ceiling to floors, walls, tiles,cabinets, colors, just name it, we now have the most currant updated materials that I'm seeing in high dollar homes. Neighbors are coming in to meet and greet us and simply can't believe our home. Now friends are ready to update again after they thought they were done

They give you a detailed estimate with no hidden costs. One main difference is that Legacy goes well beyond the normal scope of work. They move furniture, appliances etc. and even give it a dusting off before putting it all back in
