Amazing Process from Start to finish. I was the in the market for some luxury vinyl for a flooded basement. Nick was a great help in helping me pick out the color of floor that I needed. He was extremely friendly and patient with me throughout the sales process. The quote I received was incredibly fair for the product I chose, and not to mention it has a 30 year warranty! This flooring store is the best one in the Kansas City Area! Super low prices and the store has an amazing selection. A & M Flooring was a great company to work with when remodeling our floors. They are cheaper then their competitors. If there was a price difference between companies, they were willing to price match. They have a large selection of flooring options; if there was something we wanted that they didn't have they were willing to order it. The hardwood flooring and carpet were ordered and put in a few days after it arrived. One of the owners, Joe, is awesome to work with. If I had a question or an issue, Joe always responded the same day (some times only moments later). The floors turned out amazing

We received 3 quotes for a basement job, and A&M was the most competitive. Going with the best deal doesn't always work out, but in this case the finished product could not have been more pristine. The carpet is immaculate, and the seams are unnoticeable! From quote to job completion, A&M was professional and honest. We will definitely be using them again for future carpet jobs.

Sitting here at 5 pm waiting for my carpet installation to be completed. All three installers have left for some reason. This is a small house and a small job. Two cheerful hard working guys arrived at 8:45 am, but the third guy, who arrived late seems to have a few personal problems and does not work well with the others.
Am tired of hearing him complain about his problems.
I had already cleared away part of the furniture in spite of paying for having the furniture moved. And we were cleaning up behind everyone in hopes this goes faster. We are arguably the easiest customers you could hope to
