Bought a car, having nothing but issues with it. Front wheel started shaking. Called and asked if I could get it looked at Friday morning. They told us to take it in at 3pm. They drove the car, said the wheel barring's are going out but it will be ok to drive, but we have to make an appointment to have it looked at. Within an hour we were turning on a street and the wheel popped off. There were children in the car and thankfully no one was hurt. Now, they are giving me the run around and will not get us into a rental because we only have liability insurance and their insurance.

So I go through the process give them my paystubs, id and filled out the application and proof of residency (elec bill) and they tell me I got approved so here I am all excited cause there is 4 vehicles I'm interested in and they are texting me telling me how much this is and that is etc well I show up and not 1 of those 4 vehicles are ready. Like a waist of time and no help at all why advertise those vehicles on your website if they aren't ready and why reach out to me if they are not available and you ran my credit for what you shouldn't have done that if those 4 were not available just felt

So this is my review after paying off my vehicle. The beginning of my purchase went very well, salesmen has able to answer all my questions and concerns. The finance department was accommodating and helpful when needed. Once I paid my vehicle off that when the frustration began. They wouldn't give me my title cause I no longer had contact with co-buyer whom never made a payment on the vehicle, that's fine I can get it from the DMV. Then I tried to get the spare key, they said it didn't have one which I knew was a lie cause I remember the salesmen telling me they will keep it and when I paid it

Very disappointed with this Business. Did all necessary paperwork and was approved then showed up and was told I needed a cosigner because of some things on my credit!!! This is a buy here pay here place no need for credit just proof of income. Why would my credit matter? I had to get a ride from out of town because I was told I had a deal just to show up and be denied. Then had to find a ride back home ridiculous!!! If credit matters then they should change it from a buy here pay here place!!! Very unprofessional they could've said something over the phone and i wouldn't have wasted my time and

I deal with only the Upland location.. Let me tell you why... Victor and Mac are so awesome and helpful. Regardless of what I need they always go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I ran into a dilemma and needed a different vehicle..I was looking for an SUV and Upland didn't have any. So they told me to see if I liked any from the other locations..so I went to Frankford and really expected to get the service that I get from Upland... Well that didn't happen..I was overly surprised that the salesman Kimbo.. ( whom I spoke with on the phone a few times).. Really wasn't that interested in

Beware of this business, as they offer vehicles that are poorly maintained for monthly prices comparable to that of a luxury vehicle for horrible customer service and unprofessional business practices.
My partner was sold a 2012 VW Passat in early 2020 that ended up being in the shop for a total of a month and a half less than one year after purchasing. The mechanic (at a VW dealership shop, no less) said these issues were due to poor maintenance prior to our purchase and that they were waiting on a few tools to run addition diagnostic tests to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle.

Terrible business. They sold me a car that failed inspection and when I bought the car it had many issues. They assured me that all issues would be resolved. Months later my car has been in the shop three different times. This last time they informed me to send it to an outside shop to get checked. Once the issued was found and an estimate was made and Carizma then informed me that I would have to pay for the issue to be fixed since it didn't fall under warranty even though it was an issue i purchased the car with. They are selling financing not cars. They advertise cars then when you go to the lot not only do they say the car is sold they also deny having any vehicle in the relative price range of the car you came to see. Their online inventory bares absolutely no relation to their actual inventory. Then they play the "it's at the other lot game" but will not call the other lot to confirm. I had cash to pay. When I said that the salesman, who didn't come out of the office until after I was in my car ready to leave after being there 10 minutes trying to find the cars advertised, basically

We had a special circumstance and needed a quick repair done to a vehicle and they went out of their way to not only get it done but at a reasonable price. ZERO STARS ! Let's be really simple just don't waste your time ! Simply walked in one day to ask a price on a car in the lot, I was told they couldn't tell me the price or mileage without pulling a credit report and getting all my information then they would tell me what vehicle I could buy ? Really ? You can't even tell me something as simple as a price on a used car you have for sale ? I think Not I'll Shop Somewhere else !
