I work at a bank that finances for this dealership and I received a call from a customer today that honestly ruined my whole day. This customer had returned his vehicle due to all the issues it was giving him, days prior after the purchase. Which he was told by the person who sold him the vehicle to just take it back, until they “could find something better to put him in.” Customer refused, left the vehicle there and said he would go back until they had the other vehicle. Next day, vehicle is parked around the block from his house, keys inside, didn’t even advise him the car was going to
