We had a wonderful experience with Ed and his team. Ed explained in detail everything that needed to be done to install a new water heater and replace old lines. He was on time and and very responsive and professional. They made us feel very comfortable and confident. Even better, we had a good time and learned a lot about water heaters and heating systems. Had the pleasure of having Eddie and Nick service my boiler today. They showed up on time and walked me through what needed to be done. During the service they located a small leak in my oil line and repaired it for a reasonable price. Work was completed neatly and in a timely fashion. Will continue to use them for yearly maintenance.

Prestige Heating has been our burner service company since they installed our furnace in 2017. They have always been professional and courteous when working here. Our burner replacement took place during house renovation, while we lived in the house. Prestige removed our old furnace, installed a small temp water heater, and waited for the construction to be completed before coming back to install the new burner. This gave us hot water until the construction was finished! THANK YOU PRESTIGE for working around our mess!

We recently had a problem with our heating system and decided to call Ed and have him take a look at it. Since Ed installed our system we felt he would be the best person to perform routine maintenance on it. Well, as it turned out the issue was bigger than we originally thought, and Ed was able to quickly analyze our heater's issues, and although he was originally coming over for "routine maintenance" he followed through and brought our heating and hot water boiler back to optimal performance. Ed is a true professional and does an outstanding job. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking

Prestige heating installed our brand new system 15 years ago and We’ve been using their services ever since. Ed is professional, extremely knowledgeable, prompt and most importantly honest. We have had some issues on major holidays (just our luck) and he always made himself available to assess and make the necessary repairs. I was highly recommended to Ed by my plumber and neighbor who have used his services for the past 17 years. We were smelling fumes and upon his inspection indicated we had a crack in our furnace. Our water heater was 30 years old and was need of repair also. The crack in the furnace was unsafe and recommend both the hot water heater and furnace to be replaced. He explained everything he was going to do. Put everything into code and was very professional, friendly honest and knowledgeable.I had gotten some other estimates and felt he was the most reasonable , honest and his equipment was the best
