If you have issues after the job is finished, good luck! Our roof is still under warranty, we have leaks and one of their employees actually ruined two skylights by slopping tar all over them and they still leak! This has been going on for two years without resolution. Brad will promise to come, then doesn't. They came out and promised to order new skylights, but then realize they do not have the dimensions or paperwork from the original job, and need to remeasure...we are still waiting months and months later. Every time is rains, we have water leaking on our bed and we cannot sleep

Older man driving a truck that says Patrick X Adams & Sons has came to my house twice when I didn't call him. Once I was in my garage waiting for a roofing company to come fix a mistake they made on my roof and he pulled up and I didn't glance to close at the truck because I was expecting someone. He said you know you have some siding off on your roof and I told him I took it off so he could look at the flashing. He didn't say he wasn't the person I called and I didn't realize because when I glanced he had a ladder on his truck and what are the chances of a random person

Let me say that in the past 6 years, we have had 3 major projects done by FXA. We mostly dealt with Patrick and had wonderful customer service. Our neighbors have also used them multiple times. However, since Patrick broke off and is starting his own company, we have not been pleased. I have called a couple of times for something and Brad takes days/weeks to call back, if at all. The problem I called them about 4-5 months ago has still not been resolved. It's a completely different company now. It's really a shame. I would have highly recommended them a year ago, now I would discourage
