I went to SEVERAL carpet places in Corpus and could not find any customer service. It was awful. But walking into CRT was great. Jennifer jumped up and greeted us and then continued helping us decide on the carpet we wanted. She also showed up on time to our measuring appointment and was great at communicating with us about any changes in scheduling. I will recommend CRT to any of my friends that ask about flooring. The install went well also. We are very pleased!

I hired CRT to install tiles in my house. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. The job took over 6 months to complete. There were many mistakes which took forever to rectify. They do not return messages and do not show up when they say they will. One excuse after another and not even an apology. Workers took several items that my husband gave them to use while they were working which included an expensive extension cord. I give them one star because there wasn't anything lower to give. This company should NOT be in business.

From start to finish CRT Flooring Concepts is a very good company, Jennifer was our salesperson that handled our purchase contract process and saw the project through to the end. I will be having CRT do other projects in my home in the future. They give 15% military discount on entire project, which is better than most in the industry! We are very happy with our finished project. Installers were great! Thanks CRT!

For those that want an honest, but long review, here we go!
This company was contracted out by Costco and I have never looked at Costco the same since, which is a shame because they usually have great service, representation, communication, etc. in all other facets of their business.
I wanted to have my entire house done with new floors - having nearly the entire first floor done in laminate (tearing out tile and carpet) and then replacing all the carpet upstairs with new carpet. This was about 3,600 SF of work.

Yet another company that doesn't stand behind their own work. They are a contractor/vendor for our builder and we have had an ongoing problem since our home was built. CRT won't do anything to remedy the situation. One mess has created another and another, but nothing is their fault. They have an (pathetic) excuse for everything and therefore won't do the repairs. Avoid this company!

We received 4 bids from different flooring companies. Not only was CRT the best in pricing for the flooring we really wanted, their service was outstanding! The salesman, Joe came over and brought in several samples, measured the old school way (which was less than those digital measures and still with 3 palettes left), and provided an estimate right away that was all inclusive pricing for all of the materials that was unbeatable. I received horrible customer service from CRT Flooring. One of the sales people insulted his associate in front of me and said "she doesn't know what she's doing". He completely degraded her in front of me and it was extremely unprofessional. Also, I never received a call with information on installation. I had to call them back at least 5 times and then finally somebody called me back. I left messages with Travis the manager that also went un-returned. I was not happy at all with my experience.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our new house and used CRT flooring
services. Keith Knodel was our sales agent. Keith was patient,
knowledgeable, and is a pro in this business. Because of him we got a
great deal as well as a quick replacement. Let me elaborate:
1. CRT price beat the price by Lowe's, Home Dept, and highly rated
Atlas Flooring, and Abbey Flooring by at least 75 cents per square
foot. For a 1000 square foot size carpet (a lower-side estimate), the
savings are $750!
2. Other competitors will charge you extra for carpet removal,
padding, stairs, labor (or some combination

I want to start by saying I did not choose CRT flooring. My builder of my house did but since they did all the tiling at my house I am now stuck with them. Their work is atrocious. The tiles are crooked, they do not lay flat, and the grout is mess. Everyday I wonder if that will be the day I slice open my foot from the sharp tile that lines the shower floor. Since they were laid so unevenly, the edges poke up and I have to watch where I step. And the grout is a nightmare. It's like they forgot grout was suppose to go some places. She also let us know several times how "hopelessly out of date" our home is. Those were her words. She also was proud of how many times she said it, at one point she smiled and said that is the fourth time I've told you this.
