Pucketts was established by "Bobbi" Fluegel in 1987. Her son Ted took over as President in 1997. That same year, Shawn Cummins was hired as a sales manager and later became part owner and Vice President. The current facility is over 23,000 sqft housing 18 employees and 40 installation crews.
Stocked within the facility are over 700 rolls of carpet, 25 truckloads of stone and tile, 100 rolls of sheet vinyl, and container loads of laminate and vinyl plank.We believe the biggest reason to choose Pucketts is our old fashioned honesty. We have over 40 crews that are capable of quality installation of virtually any type flooring. This includes installation of vinyl, vinyl plank, laminate, wood, ceramic, stone, and carpet. Our installation's are covered by a two year workmanship warranty. We offer next day service and if absolutely necessary accomplish same day service.

Flooring is a huge investment and navigating the choices is daunting. We had many companies who provided us quotes for our flooring. Puckett's won our business and we couldn't be more pleased. Kris Dunn was our salesperson who was the picture of professionalism from the time that she entered our home, measured the space, provided the quote and stayed in touch throughout the process. Peaks started to form 6 months after installation. Shame on me for not contacting them immediately, but chances are they wouldn’t have fixed the problem the right way. We contacted them after our 2 year warranty which we didn’t know existed. They told us it would cost $400.00 to be fixed and they definitely didn’t go out of their way to rectify the problem. After reading other reviews this is definitely a common trend. My house consists of my wife and I with no animals so there is little traffic over the carpet. We have not had them cleaned professionally since installation because we have

We used Scott Burhorn at Puckett's Flooring back in December 2019 for both our tile floor and the carpet. Both teams were absolutely phenomenal! They were very kind and positive and hard working. The tile floor and the carpet came out looking perfect. They cleaned up daily from the tile demo to the laying of the tile and the carpet. They were very competitive in their pricing. We would gladly recommend them!!

Vanessa was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer . She was patient with me while i made my selection. She even went as far as to check with her flooring provider on installation requirements because i live in a cold climate.
