Stephens came by to repair my ancient floor heater. They're the experts in older floor heaters. Omar found several things that hadn't been repaired properly by another company, and unfortunately my heater got red tagged, due to a large crack that can't be repaired. Despite the bad news Stephens was very helpful and professional amd saved me from CO poisoning or a possible explosion. Thank you!

Needed routine maintenance on mini-split system. Pancho, the service tech, arrived on time and cleaned the unit really well. He struggled with the particular inverter unit I have (Pioneer 30,000 btu single stage mini split) with disassembly, but he patiently worked through it and left my system running great. He was there well over an hour and charged me $175 for the service. Fair price for what was involved. Will use them again.

Matthew was sent this morning to fix my non-draining garbage disposer sink. He was quick to find the problem and fixed it very quickly. The job was done so cleanly too, really appreciate his great manner as well. He even offered to look at other issue I was having.....
Making the appointment was also very easy (actual person answers the phone!!) and accurate. They also called this morning to let me know who was coming at what time, etc.
When I have any issues again with plumbing, I would definitely call them. I highly recommend this company!

Victor was very professional with the job. The job required a removal in a home with a pest problem. He gave good advice was always available to answer questions and flexible so I could arrange a cleanup, treatment, and repair of the water heater closet. Coordinating a return visit to install the new water heater was a breeze.

Professional, competent and courteous plumbers. Galen, Freddy and Arturo inspected our main line with an interior pipe video system and actually showed me the damaged sections and what needed to be repaired. Also made competent recommendations for necessary piping under the house. Respected our home and family during their time here.

My appointment was in the afternoon, but when a time slot opened up late in the morning they offered it to me which I'm glad because it deconflicted a lot of my afternoon schedules. Had a gas leak that gas company found, Stephens plumbing was already on their way to unclogged a sink. I called office to inform them of the additional problem. I was told the right tech was on his way. After spending the whole day here they had found only 1 of 2 leaks. Told me they would be back the next day to find other leak and fix it. 12:30 pm the following day I called office to inquire where the techs were and was assured that they would be at my house. 2:30 pm theoffice called me and told me that they had went to another job that morning and it was taking longer than expected and so since

At first I called them for an emergency and Victor came out to unclog my drain right away. He completed the work quickly and professionally and I didn’t have to worry about anything! No mess, was respectful, and tested everything out afterwards. I needed to replace the hose valves in my laundry area, and called Stevens Monday afternoon on a holiday week when other shops were closed. They not only took my call, but scheduled to have someone at my house the next morning and communicated with me every steps of the way.
