Duncan Heating and Air Services was started in late 2010 with my parents Raymond and Cathy. Before our heating and air company dad had a very advanced and in depth background in the field of research and development. My two brothers (Derek and Spencer) have been a vital asset to our company as well.
We will help you determine the correct size system and SEER that suits your family and make sure you are spending as little as possible to heat and cool your home. We will never tell you that you need a new system or parts when it is not necessary. We want to be the trusted name that your family depends on when it comes to heating and air.
Here at Duncan Heating and Air, we can install most all major brands of HVAC equipment and specialize in Trane, being your local Trane Comfort Specialist we take replacement a step further. Whether you live in Dawson, Forsyth, Hall, Lumpkin, or North Fulton, we can make the replacement of an HVAC system as easy as possible on the homeowner.
At Duncan we take great pride in indoor air quality. Derek is in charge of our clean air division. Many times people forget about the condition of their duct system. We recommend cleaning your duct system every 5-7 years. Our machine is able to photograph the ducts before the cleaning and after so that you can see the difference.

They fixed my air the end of May, its's acting up again. They scheduled an appointment that I'd have to pay for them to recheck. I had someone at my house waiting they never showed up. Told me we call you didn't answer so we cancelled. I called and told them they didn't say if I didn't answer no one would come, I was told that she thought that was common sense. I'll have a lawyer look into it. I have a grade degree I think I'd have to have common sense. She was very rude

You can't get any better than Duncan! Family owned and operated. The way they do business shows that they want you as a customer for the long haul. They've been to my house a few times, and could've ripped me off by convincing me to get a new unit for the basement, but instead came up with a plan to keep it going for a few more years. When the time comes to replace, you can bet I'll be calling them.

Fantastic friendly service! Always trying to save money, I had attempted to fix my AC myself, but ended up causing more problems. My neighbor highly recommended Duncan, so I called them to straighten out the mess I made. They had everything sorted out quickly and were very courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable enough for me to call them first next time instead of trying to tackle my own hvac issues.

Just a shot in the dark when we selected this company, but we were blessed! Cole arrived when he said he would and was able to troubleshoot our issue very quickly. He was able to get the system up and running again at no additional charge over the service call fee. He was very professional and we will definitely be calling them again when it comes time to replace our units. Thank you!
