This company is THE BEST. After my newly installed smart thermostat got drunk one night and started running the A/C instead of the heat I was desperate for someone to come out and take a look. I called several other companies and either got no answer or they weren't available to come out same day.

If you are having any sort of HVAC issues, this is the company you need to call! You will take one look at their reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. and see they have a perfect 5 stars. They are one of the only companies I can say with 100% confidence, they are beyond deserving of 5 stars.

Grecia was able for setting me up for a free estimated appointment for the next day with Mr. Marco a bilingual professional service Technician. He give me a quote in seconds for a new system. I spoke to Todd 2 years ago about a new system and he recommended fixing it one more time before a replacement. This the blower went out and Marco came to give me a quote for a new system. He measured everything and recommended moving from a 4 ton to a 3 ton unit. He also repaired my old unit because it was going to be 2 days before a new one could be installed.
Justin did the install and answered all my questions like they were the most important thing to the job. I will be calling them again when my upstairs unit goes out.

Todd (Owner) is very knowledgeable and efficient. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. He had all parts in his truck so the repair was quick! Also very reasonably priced. (Call 2 other well known local) He also showed proof of what went wrong and sent a picture so you know your not getting services that are unneeded. Very happy with his service. Will definitely be my go to !

These people are so amazing. Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days and they were here Johnny on the spot. Marco was incredible and impressive. After waiting for 6 weeks for my home warranty company and their assigned contractor to fix my AC, I decided to call Emergency HVAC. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Thank you, Emergency Heating and Air! Marco came to our rescue today (a Sunday) and fixed our AC capacitor in about 10 minutes. The price was reasonable, and he was able to come to our home three days before all of the other companies I'd called. As it's June, it is HOT. Appliances will have their malfunctions, but thanks to Marco and Emergency Heating and Air, we will have a comfortable night's sleep tonight! I also really liked that not only did Marco call when he was on his way, but a text of his picture came through on my phone as well. It's nice to know a company cares

Todd is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about my experience. He came to my house after hours and serviced my AC unit that another company told me had to be replaced. 5 minutes in and my AC was fixed. Todd got himself a customer for life. It's refreshing to find an honest, courteous, and professional service provider that I truly felt was acting in my best interest.
