I am so lucky to have across this place--flawless experience from start to finish couldn't be happier! They went above and beyond what any other contractor would be willing to do and their work is beautiful--see attached pictures. Patterns are connected perfectly and you can't find the smallest flaw.
I saw this place when I drove past Home Depot and decided to stop by and was greeted by head contractor (Sean) who told me about all the flooring options available and was very patient in helping me pick out exactly what I was looking for. He definitely steered me towards the right direction

This company is the sub contractor hired by A1 Carpet. They did a terrible job and my new floor cracked after less than a year. They refused to repair my floor. They are not a reliable company and do not honor their guarantees.
Please see photo of what they did do to my sub-flooring instead of the normal leveling.
Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.

They sanded floors, installed laminate flooring in our entire house, which we were putting up for sale.
After just a little negotiating, he gave us the lowest price.
He finished the work ahead of schedule too... A very nice, welcomed surprise!

To other potential customers: take precaution on the recent/short 5-star reviews and research for other well-rounded trustworthy designing companies. The attached pictures is just one of many of the unfinished work from the company. Got my fireplace, master bathroom, and powder room remodeled through America floor and design these past few months. Really wanted my home to look like a fancy model home you see in magazines. Shawn and his team definitely delivered. Very pleased with the work and his competitive pricing. Called after seeing their prices advertised on Craigslist for $3.89 sq ft told them I had about 200 sq ft and just needed an installation price already have materials. They quoted $6 sq ft around $1,200.00 what a rip off obviously don't want to do smaller jobs just let people know up front instead of the FAKE ads disclose that pricing is only for large projects.

Over the winter break, we decided to change our flooring. The first place we called said they can do our entire home in 2 days. They have a crew of 5 people and can complete the job quickly and efficiently. However, the earliest they can schedule us is for mid January. And they had the highest quote. The second place gave us a fair estimate, but needed us to come to their showroom to finalize the cost.
Lastly, Syrus from America Floor & Design came by to measure our home. His quote was several hundred dollars lower than the other two. But more importantly, he was able to bring samples

I started with three other quotes and decided to get ONE MORE for good measure. Boy was I glad I did. Not only did American Floor and Design beat all other quotes, but they did the job is an unbelievably short amount of time. Every single step of the process was done professionally and with care. Although we have not yet decided on who will be doing our flooring - still waiting on another estimate - I did want to commend Shawn of American Floor Design on his service. He came to our house on time; he was polite and helpful; we visited his showroom and he helped us try to find what we liked; and his quote included square footage, and a breakdown of material costs, installation costs, demolition, etc. His estimate arrived before anyone else's. We have not yet seen their work but I would not hesitate in having Shawn come out to give an estimate. There are some places that will not provide

Top quality flooring with superb customer service. Throughout the selection process, they took the time to explain the various options, providing real samples to help me envision the finished product. they were also flexible with installation dates.
During installation, they were time-efficient and very clean. I really appreciate that he placed butcher paper on my floors to help protect them from dirt picked up on shoes coming in from outside. It's the little things that set this company apart. My only regret is that I didn't replace the carpet sooner! Thanks again to America floor and design

American floor and design's guys were amazing! They did a quality job on time & under my budget! They worked miracles because I forgot to tell them I also needed the closet carpet replaced & they were able to use leftovers and you could NOT tell! I love that they come to you with lots of samples instead of going to a showroom and then carting it Home etc..
