This car lot is a sham. They sell their customers cars that are not up to par and then tell you to use the warranty if you bought one. My daughter just bought a car from there and has not had it 2 weeks and found out that the motor mounts on it are broken. The guy told her that it should be may be covered in her warranty. Do not let anyone you know purchase a vehicle from this shady business.

Please do not buy cars from this place. They will lie to you and sell you a piece of crap and then ignore your phone calls when do you hold them to the fire. I've bought a car from this place. The day I left the lot the check engine lights came on. I called and was ignored and week the car quite starting. I haven't even made the first payment. More to come.

This is a great place Martin took good care of us on buying our 2015 impala fully loaded we were going to buy another car from another dealership when we found this they went above and beyond to sale us this car at the price we wanted to be at very competitive on pricing

I'd like to completely update my review and stated it was no one of the staff at the dealerships fault at all my problems later all resolved with the individual that caused it. But it's only right that I say the right things about how hard dealership worked to accommodate me. My anger due to the situation at the time it was much greater than my judgment. That being said I do believe honestly that those guys will go a mile for you if you give them another chance

A complete waste of time and this group has no honesty, loyalty, or character. i went there and pick out a car. worked out the details, was told that the problem i wanted fixed would be done by thursday or friday. i called on monday and was told by the finance manager that my salesperson was off and not to worry they would call me thursday or friday for my deposit. now my phone call on that monday was to take them the money in which i told they didnt want it till the car was fixed. so being that said i took him at his word, so on wednesday nite im looking at cars online just killing time and i

So...big YIKES for this one. We showed up to test drive a car and they immediately tried to take my keys for a "trade in" assessment. I didn't even want to do that until I looked at and test drove a car, because why waste time if you aren't interested? I spoke with Ryan and he was a skeezy salesman in all senses of the phrase. Basically kept badgering me and my dad about different things and we finally just had to walk away and get in the car and leave. He even followed me to my car and made me roll down the window so he could give me his card.

On February 27th 2018 I went to Sharp Cars on Pendelton Pike hoping to finally have a vehicle. I explained my situation to Ryan Spearman before driving to the dealership. I did everything in my power to provide all papers. I spent 5 hours there and still no vehicle
