Ron and I wanted to thank you so much for your trust in our company and wanted you to know a little more about us! We started Olympic Plumbing Technology (OPT) back in 2007 when the recession hit. The company Ron was working for at the time went out of business, and I was running a daycare center out of our home.

Phenomenal service. We had a leak in our basement. Olympic Plumbing Technology scheduled us quickly, were regularly in touch with us, and were prompt in showing up. Our plumber who came was remarkably professional, friendly, followed covid protocols, and did a thorough job in diagnosing the issue. It even turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue but a roofing issue. They could have charged us much more to open walls or do other diagnostics for no reason but they helped us get the information we needed.
We'll definitely be coming back to them for a new water heater and other sink and plumbing needs

Daniel showed up to repair what i thought was a clogged toilet in one bathroom, and a leaking toilet in a second bathroom (all occurring within hours of each other) in an OLDER home we recently purchased. Daniel listened intently to my explanation, asked a couple of clarifying questions, then said it sounded more like an issue with a clogged septic / sewer outside of the house, rather than issues inside the house -- which it ended up being.
